The villa is located on a hill that guarantees sunshine on the sea-side terrace from sunrise till sunset with its breath-taking views and a shadow place in the patio on the hill side of the house.

The house has 105sqm space, a full-equipped modern kitchen, a large dining and living room with access to the terrace and patio, it is equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath-rooms.

The modern new kitchen is equipped with 4 flame gas-hob, large refrigerator, electric oven, wine cooler, extra grill and microwave, toaster, and all necessary equipment to make your cooking easy.

A large flat screen in the living room allows receiving all international TV and radio channels via ASTRA satellite, and local Spanish TV channels via DTV antenna. 

A fireplace make you feel homelike on cooler winter days.

Community Area & Pool

The most perfect location for a relaxing siesta is on the sunny terrace where you will find enough space (and even some shadow below a large tree or below the large awning). The terrace gets sunlight throughout the whole day and you will never forget the panorama view on the hills and the sea.

The fresh renovated pool and the large private garden area is accessible for the member of the small community only. This community area offers much space for relaxing moments or even a great barbecue next to the pool.
