General Conditions
You will need to accept the following conditions:
- Maximum for four persons
- No pets (we may agree to certain exceptions)
- No smoking inside the rooms
- House and community rules must be respected
Since the Villa Panorama is located in a small community area, respect the privacy of our friendly neighbors and the peaceful silence of the location.
You will have to accept and to sign a rental contract for your long-term stay with the real estate agency that is taking care of this property.
Rental Periods & Prices

From November till April the minimum long-term rental period is only 3 months.
The minimum long-term rental period is 3 months in summer (June - September) and 4 months during the rest of the year (October - May). As long as we have vacancy, the period of your stay is not limited.
Rental prices vary between 1500 Euro/month and 2500 Euro/month in the summer months (without VAT). Electricity and gas (for cooking) must be paid separately. Free Internet Wifi is included.
A deposit must be paid with your booking confirmation. Your deposit will be refunded to you at the end of the rental period.
A commission fee must be paid by you to the real estate agency when signing the rental contract.
